What is anger ?
Anger is a sort of negative feeling that is reflected through one's facial expression, acts and behavior. It reflects your emotion. The way one smiles on being happy or cries because of sadness, similarly, when the things that don't go as per the plan, or one is unable to move ahead in day to day life satisfactorily, one gets frustrated and this very frustration sometimes causes to make a person angry. Consequently, person starts behaving in such a way that his behavior eventually creates an atmosphere of chaos, violence and even causes of destruction in the surroundings. Anger is also an integral part of human nature. Our unlimited desires and thereafter hurdles in course of attaining them take us towards the stress, frustration, anxiety, hate and grudge etc which ultimately lead to a negative behavior. Anger is infact a reflection of all the negativity that emerge in a person from inside.

How can you control your anger ?
1. Be insensitive if there is possibility of getting angry - sometimes, situation takes such an ugly shape that you have to become deaf and dumb in order to save your surrounding to be riotous.
2. Leave the topic if there is possibility of altercation - It is better to quit or delay the matter which seems to be contentious in nature. Contentious issue should be solved meticulously having applied wisdom instead of letting your ego cause of commotion around you.
3. Take some time before react - Never react instantly. Take sometime on understanding and analyse the matter, then react. Haste makes waste. Hence never be hurry in reacting.
4. Be flexible and accommodotive - Sometimes your firm belief on particular matter causes of creating anger inside you in case others don't agree on your position. Be flexible in your opinions and views, give some space to others during the debates or arguments.
5. Be aware of issues which may cause of anger - You need to be aware and have full knowledge about the matters which could likely to make you infuriate and vice virsa. Try to avoid the issues which could put you in trouble and probably create mess in surrounding.

8. Take meditation or visit spiritual places - Getting anger is natural. Hence connect yourself to the invisible power, show your resentment before them. It may be one of the best way of releasing your negative emotion wherein you may get peace instead of making yourself negative.
9. Engage yourself in the activities you like - Engage yourself in exercise and strenuous work where you could discharge your negative energy. Make yourself busy in some constructive and mind soothing activities. Enjoy the games you like the most.
Anger is natural. No one can avoid it completely but one can control it to an extent by practicing and adapting some of the steps. Things which are natural have both negative and positive impact in your life. If anger is demonstrated having applied wisdom and in balanced way it may help in bringing the things in order.
