What is happiness ?
Happiness is state of mind wherein you have feeling of joy, a feeling of wellness. When you feel good you get happy. And a feeling of good and joy comes only when the aspiration, desire and needs of your daily life are fulfilled. There are different types of needs and aspirations which you want to achieve for yourself. Apart from your basic needs such as air, water, food ,sleep, house etc, you also aspire for money, fame, power, respect and so many things in your life. Hence, when you succeed to achieve the things which you want for yourself, you start feeling good and become happy. Franklin D. Roosevelt said 'Happiness lies in the joy of achievement........
It is also the thought of contentment, peace and calm in your surroundings and a better health etc also that gets you a feeling of happiness. But it is also undeniable fact that the more you have desire and aspirations in your life, the less you have chances of feeling good.

1. Be honest while making plan and goal - You do plan for yourself but you hardly get sincere during the formulation of plan. You need to have proper analyse about pro and con of the plan. Never cheat yourself by taking the plan and the goal lightly. A good plan or goal needs a lot of time, sincerity, research so you need to be wary about it since the result and subsequent happiness depends upon your honest effort.
2. Be honest towards your work - Dedication towards the work and goal denotes your honesty towards your task. Reason of failure is your indifferent attitude towards your work. When you are able to understand the significance of your sincerity towards work, result will be positive which will give you feeling of joy and satisfaction.
3. Be honest in your behaviour - Never cheat or mislead people by pretending to be their well wishers. If you shower your love and affection honestly to the people you will have a good feeling from inside. Heartwarming behaviour towards your friends, relatives and acquaintances give you immense happiness.
4. Be sincere towards your health - You can enjoy true happiness by staying healthy. But staying healthy is not so easy. You have to be honest to follow the set rules and routines. You need to concentrate on the things such as on your diets, exercise and on your life style. You will not be able to keep yourself happy if you get negligent, insincere towards your health and in your life style.
5. Always have sense of gratitude - Be honest to the people who deserve appreciation or your thanks. All the things in your surrounding are inter related, each and everyone around keep contributing you some or other way. Show your gratitude to them for their contribution.Though neither you can be completely pleased by everone nor you can completely please everyone. Nevertheless, If you concede others contribution by expressing thanks and gratitude it could not only make you happy but you can also make others feel good.
Honesty, sincerity, devotion and dedication are very much needed for achieving desired results. You all perform your duties and responsibilities but you are to a large extent devoid of true happiness. Reason behind discomfort in life is lack of honesty towards your responsibilities and duties.
