Aristotle said "Life is beautiful gift of nature and beautiful living is the gift of wisdom". So, one of the secrets of spending a beautiful living is to taking good care of your health. Health is one of the most precious things in one's life. It is undeniable fact that it is our indifferent attitude which causes of losing to precious things in life that is why some of us who are intelligent, leave no stone unturned to protect the things which they think precious and expensive for themselves. In fact, health is also the most precious thing in everyone life, hence it demands our good care and attention so that we could enjoy the life " a beautiful gift of nature" beautifully.
Fitness and staying active play significant role in keeping us healthy apart from other factors that contribute immensely to live a beautiful living. As a matter of fact, in order to enjoy good and happy life we need to concentrate mainly on three following things -
Fitness - Most of us are having to spend lethargic life due to technological advancement and the changes of nature of job. Lack of physical activity is leaving a negative impacts on the internal and external organs of body. In fact, parts of body need a regular, substantial and appropriate exercise in order to cope up with the harms of junky and adulterated foods intake and sedentry life style. Obesity and other kinds of problems in different parts of bady are emerging because of our inactive life style. Body is not only getting weak but also unfit to prolong its own life which is directly effecting on overall longevity of life of person. Lack of fitness and the sedentry lifestyle are some of the basic factors behind not enjoying your life beautifully. Hence the things which becomes necessary is to quit the sluggish life style and concentrate on some physical activity.
Active - Keeping yourself active is the only way out to remain fit. Active means to involve in some physical work. Exercise is one of the best way to remain active. It helps our parts of body to be in required motion to their survival. Motion and movement let the things alive instead of getting them defunct. Movement should be in required proportion since over activity also causes of a person's sickness. You would keep enjoying your life beautifully as long as you are able to keep yourself active in you daily life.
Health - A person who is physically fit, mentally strong and free from any kind of disease is called a healthy. Apart from other factors that contribute in making you healthy, fitness and activity help you tremendously to keep you in good health. It is only your health that can get you real taste of happy living and make your life beautiful. Decay of body parts are inevitable with passing of time but if you get conscious about your health through fulfilling the requirements of your body you not only enjoy your life to great extent but also prolong it to an extent. A fit and active person enjoys the life in better way rather than a person who are indifferent to his health.
What comes first fitness, active or health - Now the question emerges what should be given first priority out of three -
Fitness >Active - Fitness means burning your calories, fat from the body. Fitness gets you in good shape. In order to get a fit and well shaped body you need to do exercise. Your obesity and lethargic body does not let you to be active in your daily life.
Active >Fitness - It is physical activity and exercise that burn your calories and fat from your body. Excess calories causes of malfunctioning of your parts of body. Activity makes your body fit and fine.
Health >Active >fitness - There is saying that eat healthy - stay healthy. Each organ of the body has its own specific function. Nature has created innumerable kind of foods that caters specific need of the specific parts of body. So eating foods at right time having incorporated everything in balanced and right proportion in your daily diets fulfill the requirements of your body. When you are unable to maintain balance during selection of food it ultimately causes of different kind of abnormalities and eventually cause of malfunctioning of different parts of body. Malfunction of organ creates fitness problems hence in such situation exercise is very much required to remove the harmful elements from the body that causes of malfunctioning of the organs.
In a nutshell, all the three fitness, activity or eating health correlate to each other. You need to take all the three significant factors into your consideration If you want to live your life beautifully.
Few tips to remain fit, active and healthy -
1. Take right food, in right proportion and at right time - Food that consists of all kind of nutrients with right proportion is called balanced food. So the secret of good health is to have balanced food in your diet under scheduled time table.
2. Drink plenty of water - We are unable to take organic foods in our breakfast, dinner, lunch etc that results in creating toxicity in our stomach. This toxicity is hazard for body's internal system and it has enough potential to harm our internal organs.Water is the best means to detox your stomach.Water flushes out all the toxicity from stomach.
3. Burn extra calories and fat by doing exercise - There is saying that excess of everything is bad. We normally willingly or unwillingly do mistake by overeating. That excessive intake of food creates enough calories beyond the requirements of our body. Overeating also causes of fat in our body which is also hazard for smooth functioning of our body. Exercise and work out are only solution to remove excess calories and fat from our body. Hence doing exercise or doing physical activity is the only solution of ill-effect of overeating. With a good exercise or by keeping yourself active through physical activity you also need to follow the old proverb " Eat less - live long"
4. Play physical games - Sedantry life style is one of the main reasons behind suffering from different kind of health problems. So, we need to choose such sports through which we could make physical exercise to our whole body. Playing physical games contributes immensely in keeping us fit and healthy.
4. Keep yourself stress free - Take out some time for the entertainment. If you are able to give calm feeling to yourself it turns you becoming positive that ultimately have positive impact on your health.
6. Relax your body - Get good sleep - Give some rest to your body. A good sleep could give your body a good rest. Both the rest and exhaustion of body are essential to keep you fit, active and healthy.
Jim Rohn, an American author said rightly "Take care of your body, it's the only place where you have to live" You can take care of your body only by keeping yourself physical and mentally active, concentrating on your fitness. You can look after your body by concentrating on what to eat, what not eat, how much to eat and how to eat etc. Life is bautiful gift of nature so we need to use our wisdom to live beautifully.
